Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to join the Zivra waitlist. By submitting your email, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to remove entries from underage users.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Zivra beta or app. The waitlist is an expression of interest. We will invite users to the closed beta in order of their waitlist position, subject to availability, geographic rollout, and our sole discretion.

We may change, pause, or discontinue beta access at any time. No compensation is owed for a waitlist position not converting to app access.

The Zivra referral programme lets you earn position boosts by inviting others to join the waitlist. The current boost is 5 positions per successful referral.

The following are prohibited and will result in removal from the waitlist:

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate referrals.
• Automated, scripted, or bulk referral submissions.
• Purchasing, trading, or selling referral positions.
• Any attempt to manipulate waitlist position through means other than genuine referrals.

We may audit referral activity and invalidate suspicious referrals at any time without notice. Referral boost values may change; the value at the time of a referral is the value that applies.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or impersonating information.
• Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or attack any part of the Zivra platform.
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape or harvest data from Zivra pages or APIs.

All content on zivra.social — including the name "Zivra", logo, copy, and design — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.

By submitting content to us (e.g., feedback, suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for improving the product.

By joining the waitlist you consent to receive the waitlist confirmation email, your referral link, and product update emails from Zivra. You can unsubscribe from product updates at any time via the link in any email. Transactional emails (e.g., beta invitation) cannot be opted out of while you remain on the waitlist.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zivra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the waitlist or the Zivra platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed ₹500.

You agree to indemnify and hold Zivra and its team harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
